About

Kelso Millett is a wig builder, designer, makeup artist, and alumni of University of North Carolina School of the Arts- where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Design and Production with a focus in Wigs and Makeup and later earned her Associate’s in Cosmetology from Los Angeles Trade Technical College.

With experience ranging from Assistant Wigmaster at the Utah Shakespeare Festival, working as first hand to Rob Pickens at Wigmaker Associates, and designing for regional theatres around the country, Kelso is fueled by her passion for details and the desire to create beautiful work as a team player. She firmly believes in being a “forever student,” and in celebrating the little successes of life.

She resides in Los Angeles, California and is working as a staff Wig Artisan at the Los Angeles Opera while traveling for design opportunities and wigs for women with cancer or medically related hair loss,
